For ten years, the Monaco based Beefbar has been delighting customers who have made the wise decision to enter, eat and indulge their senses in the highly acclaimed restaurant. Situated on the Fontvielle harbour with stunning views of super-yachts and the Rocher de Monaco, it is not only the food that is a delight on the senses.
The menu changes regularly enough to satisfy the more adventurous pallets whilst some of the favourite menu choices continue to be cooked to each customers satisfaction. For example the winter 2015 menu has introduced artichoke salad with black truffles and hazelnuts from Piemont, warm Foie Gras with chestnut pancakes & spinach, Black Angus tortellini and mashed potatoes with Pata Negra cream.
Testament to the success of Monaco’s Beefbar is it’s continued expansion. Beefbar now boasts exceptional restaurants in Berlin, Moscow, Mexico, the Greek Island of Mykonos, and Luxembourg. However, it is perhaps the most recent restaurant that has brought most excitement. Beefbar has settled for the very first time in Asia; in the heart of Hong Kong no less!
The Beefbar team have continued their winning formula in their latest restaurant by enlisting world renowned architects Humbert & Poyet to design the stunning interiors. However, like at any of the aforementioned Beefbar restaurants it is the meat that is the real star of the show; guests can now enjoy Japanese Kobe Beef, widely regarded as the Worlds’s finest. Nevertheless, the menus still contain more adventurous offerings including guinea fowl ravioli in chamomile infused broth and milk-fed veal tartare with tarragon and praline. So, whether in Monte Carlo or Mykonos, we at CityOut thoroughly recommend making the decision to wine, dine and treat yourself at the ever impressive Beefbar.
