On July 20, 2017, Yacht Club de Monaсo (Quai Louis II, 98 000 Monaco) will host the premiere of a performance about the creative works of the most remarkable lyrical poet of 1960s, Bella Akhmadulina. The evening is organized and inspired by Club Eclectique, a closed type community that brings together admirers of high society events and literature evenings. The new series of Club Eclectique evenings will take place in Monaco; previously the guests could enjoy performances in London and Cannes.
“Stay in front of me!” is a poetic story about the joyful 1960s, colored in clear and bright tones, emanating freedom and eternal youth, which were lived through by splendid Bella Akhmadulina and eternized in her poems. Her poetry is very much like Bella herself in terms of its artistic impeccability, depth and sophistication. She was always shining as if hiding a little sun inside her. Being a person of her time, Akhmadulina blessed the love almost in her every poetic revelation. She was full of love, that fragile girly woman, who had never lost that “illusion of youth”. Being in love was her natural state of the soul. She fell in love with the nature, cities, poems, men. Men worshipped her. And their admiration followed her everywhere, they fought for her, they paid court to her, they fell in love with her up to self-denial. In different times, three of them became her destiny, her pain and her joy, and she continued to live and create. “Just the air under my skin” – such was Akhmadulina’s description of her personal feeling of the world. And even when she passed away, she left the glimpse of herself that keeps her “heavenly features” that manifest themselves every time when we hear her charming poems. The main part in the performance is played by Victoria Isakova (@v_isakova), Russian theater and movie actress, winner of the “Chaika”, “Triupmh” and “Golden Eagle” awards.
Specially for the evening, Yana Raskovalova (@yanarakovalova , @yanajewellery), a designer of the jewelry and fashion brand YANA, will grant a new gown from the latest collection for auction. The floor length ultramarine dress consists of two parts: outer floor length dress with a multi-layer skirt made of airy organza, and inner silk dress, short and with a bodice. The blue color of the dress was not chosen randomly, it symbolizes the “breath of life”. This lot will be offered exclusively for Club Eclectique, and the money collected at the auction will be granted to the charitable foundation “Change One Life” (http://changeonelife.ru/).
Founders of Club Eclectique paid a lot of attention to the Mission of the “Change One Life” foundation that is present and operates in 78 regions of Russia. The mission of the foundation is to help every child find a family. The foundation offers advice to foster parents, and shoots short video profiles for future parents that contain brief stories of boys and girls told by themselves: what they would like to become, what they love and dream of. Over its history, the foundation created the largest database of video profiles of orphans in Russia – over 30 ,000 – and more than 11,000 children have already found their families. The foundation provides information and advisory support to foster parents both during and after the adoption process.
