Laid out in the 1830s, the Gardens of Saint-Martin and Sainte-Barbe can be admired on either side of the Oceanographic Museum. Suspended on the Rock’s southeastern facade, the gardens are home to an abundant, wild Mediterranean flora growing alongside the paths which weave their way up to the summit
