Every Sunday from 11 am to 3 pm, the Saphir 24 lounge & bar invites you to spend a gourmet moment with your friends or family to the rhythms of live modern jazz with DJ & sax.
The luminous Saphir 24 Lounge & Bar is the emotional heart of the Fairmont. Its relaxed atmosphere and sublime panoramic views over the sea make it the perfect venue for this musical interlude on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Maryan Gandon's exquisite menu includes oysters, smoked salmon and a selection of sushi, as well as sausages, hams and terrine de pâté de campagne.
