Chef Hiroaki Kodera opened his first Japanese-Mediterranean fusion restaurant
in Monaco in 1989, since when his cuisine has been enjoyed by numerous guests, including celebrities from all over the world.
He has two Fuji restaurants in Monte Carlo, one operated by SBM in the Summer Sporting Club on Avenue Princesse Grace, open only in the summer months - and its sister ship in the
Metropole Centre, which is open all year round.
Come here for lunch or dinner, to sample fresh seafood dishes include herb grilled tuna and grilled salmon, as
well as exquisite sashimi, miso and hand-rolled sushi.
