What: Cookery classes
When: Friday 16 September, Tuesday 11 October and Saturday 22 October

Chef Jean-Claude Brugel (winner 'Meilleur Ouvrier de
France' 1996) and his assistant, Michel Lions, will once again be running a series of cookery classes over the course of the coming month. Each class concentrates on a specific cuisine.
Classes
Friday 16 September: Asian: Sushi, Maki & Coco Bowl
Tuesday 11 October: Cuisine of the Grape Harvest - cooking with wine
Saturday 22 October: Land and Sea - contrasts
Programme for each day
- Breakfast briefing at Le Deck
- Distribution of notepads with technical instructions
- Distribution of uniforms (toques and aprons)
- Three kitchen workshops : starter, main and pastries
- Apéritif shared on the terrace (weather permitting)
- Tasting the prepared dishes in the Eileen Gray Room or Le Deck restaurant
- Award of diploma and gourmet souvenir.
