The Felix has been the centre of elegance on the Croisette since 1953. Inspired by the cosmopolitan flavour of New York, it exudes a very particular glamour  - perfect for romantic occasions. Chef Nicolas Rondelli is a true alchemist - renowned for turning simple ingredients into exquisite culinary sensations, and now, together with pastry chef Alain Galliano, he is putting his whole heart into a Valentine's dinner for two. Or, rather, yours.

As a flamboyant touch, they will include your heart's desire - in the shape of a ring or necklace - in the dessert, encasing it in chocolate and serving it alongside a soft gateau a la poire, scented with lavender on an almond and nougat base, creating a truly surprising moment for your loved one (just don't mention that you read it here!)



The 'Coeur en chaudfroid, saveur de Provence' is the crowning moment of a gastronomic occasion which the chefs convince us is the perfect match for any pair of love-birds.  Following an introductory glass of champagne and canapés, home-seared foie gras from Gers precedes the main course, a steamed pavé of wild sea bass and sautéd rump of veal with truffled potatoes.
