This magnificent Belle Epoque building, with views over the Mediterranean and towards the Rock of Monaco and the imposing Prince's Palace, exhibits perfectly what Monaco is all about: style, comfort, and first-class service. It's the perfect place to stay if you're here for the Monaco Grand Prix, the Monaco Yacht Show, or any of the major Monaco events.
Style
For sheer opulence, the Hotel Hermitage Monaco is unrivalled: the pink marble columns and crystal chandeliers of the Salle Belle Epoque would grace any grand European palace, and the celebrated winter garden is surmounted by a spectacular glass and steel dome designed by Gustave Eiffel (of Eiffel Tower fame). The hotel contains 280 rooms including 15 junior suites, 20 suites and 8 exclusive suites, with unparalleled views of the harbour and direct access to Les Thermes Marins, one of the most exclusive spas in Europe.

Hermitage for Food and Drink
Michelin-starred chef Joël Garault leads the field at the Hotel Hermitage Monaco. The menu at Le Vistamar includes an exceptional bouillabaisse, using fish caught daily by local fisherman Gerard Rinaldi; and his rock lobster (220g) in rocket salad on a bed of finely-sliced beef tomatoes is just one of the many superb seafood dishes on the menu. Before or after dinner, relax at the Limun Bar, or on the new Midi Terrace, with its superb panoramic views.

Business
The Hotel Hermitage Monaco has recently been completely refurbished, and as well as a new look for the 280 guest rooms, six new meeting rooms will be available from July this year, and from January 2011, a 300 square metre conference and banquetting hall, named afer Gustave Eiffel.
