The Monte Carlo Bay is more like an exclusive club than a hotel,
offering a wide range of activities and special packages on its garden
peninsula. With over 300 rooms and 21 suites, all with views of Monaco
or the Mediterranean, the hotel is at the centre of a paradise of
pleasure.
And that's particularly the case when it comes to dining: guests can
choose between two restaurants, the 'Blue Bay' and 'Las Brisas', open
all summer, and for lighter meals, the beautiful 'orangerie'-style
'Orange Verte' and 'Il Baretto'. Meanwhile, the 'Blue Gin' bar and
terrace serves up original cocktals and what is said to be the trendiest
programme of music in Monaco.
When it comes to wellbeing, the
Monte Carlo Bay is close to perfect: bathe or cool off in the Eden-like
lagoon, with its waterfalls and jacuzzis, or try the indoor swimming
pool surmounted by even more lush greenery. The Cinq Mondes Spa boasts
an elegant Turkish bath along with a gym and twelve cabins for luxurious
body and face treatments.
Although individual accommodation can be expensive, it's well worth
taking advantage of the many packages on offer, which start at around
€250 for two people, and run throughout the year. But if you fancy an
upgrade and could do with some spare cash, the hotel also houses one of
SBM's famous casinos!
