Monte Carlo Bay Hotel presents an inviting prospect for visitors to Monaco.
Under its expert chef Marcel Ravin, the
Las Brisas summer restaurant offers a quite exceptional à la carte lunch menu including crisp salad niçoise, an Andalusian gazpacho served with chorizo cakes, and a quinoa salad with chicken, fennel and mint. For those on smaller budgets, the €27 to €37 formules offer good value for money.
A great idea for a family treat is to make a date on any Sunday. For €145 per adult,
(under-12s €72 and under 6s €40), you can enjoy an appetizing brunch
