If you're searching for one of the most highly-regarded property professionals in Europe, then look no further than Monaco-based
Afim Real Estate, who took the title of Best Real
Estate Agency in last year's
International Property Awards. The award, which was presented at a gala dinner at the Park Lane Hotel in London’s Mayfair in September 2010, is proof of Afim's success not only at the regional level also within the highly competitive European property arena.
About Afim
Founded in 1979 by Sergio Camoletto, a graduate of the university of Turin, Afim offers one of the most
luxurious portfolio of properties in Monte-Carlo as well as the French
Riviera, Even if you've not heard of them before, you will have heard the address of one of their most famous and valuable projects - 21 Avenue Princesse Grace, 29 highly luxurious apartments with swimming pool - for which Afim remain the exclusive agents. Billed by Dow Jones's Wealth Bulletin as the most expensive street in the world, prices are understandably high. But then, so is the prestige.
Later this year, the highest scoring winners from the Europe &
Africa Property Awards will go head-to-head with other winning companies from
Asia Pacific, the UK, Americas and the Middle East to find the ultimate
‘World’s Best’ in each category. The results will be announced at a
grand gala dinner at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, Hyde Park, London on Saturday 27 November
The panel
This year’s judges comprised a specialist panel from Bloomberg, along with Ben Wood, industry head property markets of Google UK; Peter Bolton King, group chief executive of the National Federation of Property Professionals; Christopher Hall, president elect of FIABCI; Thijs Stoffer, International Consortium of Real Estate Agents Association (ICREA); Fiona Nixon, chairman of the Australia Institute of Architects, Hendrik Nelde, president of FIABCI Belgium; Helen Shield,
