This beautifully-appointed Provencal villa sits in over half an acre of

from Cap dAil to Cap Ferrat. Just 45 minutes from Nice Airport and only a step away from Monaco, it's a secluded spot ideal for those looking for peace

From the very first view, the villa breathes romance: a bougainvillea-clad stairway leads down, past
antique statues,
to the main entrance of the villa, while tall remote-controlled gates give access to a parking area with secure garaging for two cars. From here, double doors open into a spacious upper hallway leading directly to the main bedrooms, and
a
marble staircase
with elegant wrought-iron
art-deco-style balustrade descends to the main floor.
Throughout the house, traditional furniture and hand-painted silk curtains contribute to the luxurious ambiance of this home.
