Teens need to feel good in their skin - confidence, self awareness and self esteem do not come naturally to any of us, especially to the teens of today. That's the message from Heidi, creator of Bellissima Babe, whose popular Teen Development and Grooming Workshops have been making waves here in the heart of Monaco.

Superstylist Heidi originally studied beauty, make-up and hair design
in England and the US, but it was her ten years
in California that gave her the enviable wealth of experience in
personal fitness which she sees as the key to maintaining not just
health but also looks and self-confidence. Now she is bringing the same
lifestyle qualities to the French Riviera.
Heidi's philosophy is simple: 'Finishing School is too late for
teenagers,' she esplains. 'For example, ten years of bad skin and the hang-ups that it
brings could have been prevented with simple skin care techniques.
Beginning School is what its about: during these complex, often bumpy
adolescent years, teenagers benefit from useful techniques, valuable
knowledge, tips and creative flair to make them feel valued, empowered
and self assured.'
Heidi has a full Teen Workshop programme available from January to June -
bi-monthly classes for 12-14 year olds and 15-18 year olds.
Her 'intro' Teen workshop this Saturday 4th December at the Fairmont Hotel includes
i) The basics of skincare and creating a routine
ii) Simple & fresh age-appropriate make-up
iii) Walking tall, self-confidence & poise
iv) Afternoon tea - etiquette guidance and communication
v) Question time - relaxed & supportive ‘chat-room’

As well as Teen Workshops, Bellissima Babe offers the whole gamut of beauty and fashion services, from Big Day Beauty for Brides and Signature Make-Up sessions - where you can learn all the secrets of the stars of stage and screen - to 'Girls Night In' manicures, and Tea Spa and Pyjama Parties.
