Hôtel Métropole near the Casino. Designed by Jacques Garcia, this luxurious wellness space of 2000m
2 has eight treatment rooms and two private suites. And if you find it hard to believe that such a peaceful oasis of complete inner and outer harmony rubs shoulders with the fast-paced glitzy nightlife of Monte Carlo, all we can say is, why not give it a go?
As in ancient Rome, you can undertake a stimulating journey from the steamy caldarium to an ice-cold frigidarium - and if that hasn't completely relaxed you, tropical rain showers will. Once you're completely ready, the ritual of therapy and health care begins.
ESPA is one of the most
sophisticated and up-to-date health and beauty establishments in the Principality, offering a vast array of
skin care products and treatments: phytotherapy with plant extracts, aromatherapy with essential oils and a
selection of elements sourced from the sea for thalassotherapy.
