The Clever Kitchen – a new concept in cooking for the family and targeted at busy mums – launched its first interactive workshop in Monaco this week.
The nutrition specialists bring super foods to super-parents in a series of informative, interactive workshops led by two of Monaco’s top health experts.
Super-mum and nutritionist Susan has joined forces with mum, food blogger and kitchen crazy Naomi Buff, combining what they know and love best. They offer a realistic approach on how you can make small changes to your family’s eating habits and big benefits to their health.
The Clever Kitchen’s first 90-minute workshop is on Thursday 24 January and will be about avoiding bad snacks and choosing “super-snacks”.
Naomi will be making some easy-to-prepare and delicious super-snacks and shakes, while Susan will talk about the benefits of each recipe as well as the negative effects of sugar filled snacks and drinks.
Monaco super-mums are invited and they can meet like-minded mums, discuss any dietary concerns, and ask questions about snacks to Susan and Naomi. All attendees will have the opportunity to taste the food made and take away a recipe sheet with nutritional information and stockists.
The Clever Kitchen’s Super-Snack workshop, 2pm-3.30pm. €35. Apartment 52 Le Monitor, 25 Rue Grimaldi, Monaco
