ADAGIO

LA MAISON DU CAVIAR

One of the oldest restaurants in Monaco, la Maison offers traditional cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Copper kitchenware, and wine bottles stacked against the walls, give an authentic, rustic feel.  Go for the caviar, but sample the foie gras and smoked salmon blinis... and to follow? You could do worse than to give the Steak Villeneuve (named after racing driver Jacques) a test drive.

BISTROT TARTINE
